By commissioning, you agree with the following:

General Guidelines

By commissioning me, you acknowledge you have read all the terms and agree to them.
Please provide visual references (such as a doodles/sketchs, drawings, or collage.) Added text is fine along with it.
Prices shown are for personal use only. If you wish for commercial rates, please contact me for a direct quote.
I hold all rights to my work, which may include the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
I do NOT authorize the use of my work for NFTs or anything AI generated.
If a refund is needed at any point, they will be based off the amount of work done.

Customer Use

Commissioners reserve the rights to share/repost, print (for personal use only), and the rights to the character itself (assuming it is not fanart).
Commissioners do not have the right to reproduce/use artwork commercially without my knowledge (commercial rights cost extra and will be agreed between us prior to commission).

Customer Satisfaction

I will do everything within my power to make my clients satisfied with their commission.
If there are any problems during the process regarding your commission, please tell me as soon as possible! We can find a solution together.
To make sure you are satisfied, all commissions may have up to 3 revisions during the process. If you wish for additional revisions it may be subjected to extra charges.

Delivery Time

There are no set time frame but I will always try to stay within a reasonable amount of time.
Possible delays may arise. If that happens I will notify you and keep you updated.
If you need a commission by a certain date please inform me before the commission. Depending on how soon it may be subject to a fee.
