Payment is accepted via PayPal.

Full payment required for commission under $100.

For commissions over $100, a 50% upfront deposit is required before commissions start. The remaining 50% due upon completion.

Refunds are not available once work has started, unless I am unable to complete the comission.

Clients must provide clear references and descriptions before commission can start. This can be through collages, rough doodles, or finished artworks.

Work-in-progress (WIP) updates will be provided throughout the commission.

Two free revisions are included; additional revisions may be subjected to a $5 fee per change.

No major changes are allowed after the final is approved.

Estimated completion time is 1 - 4 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.

Deadlines must be discussed before payment; a rush fee may apply for urgent requests.

Possible delays may arise due to unforeseen circumstances. I will notify clients as soon as possible if this occurs.

I retain full copyright over commissioned work.

The client has the rights to use the artwork for personal display and non-commercial purposes.

Commercial use requires a separate fee (+2x base price)

Clients may not edit, trace, or resell artwork commissioned with permission.

Final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution PNG format via email or downloadable link.

I do not provide layered PSD files or raw project files unless agreed upon before hand.
